Educational Workshop by Master Martini


On April 28, an educational workshop was held by Vitaly Volnov, a technologist from Master Martini, with the support of Suvorovsky Redut.

During the workshop, guests learned the subtleties of the method of tempering chocolate and acquainted themselves with the nuances of ganache production technology.

Most importantly, all participants of the workshop saw in reality how easily, in the hands of a professional, the chocolate takes the form of a high quality, ready for sale product.
